"This report discusses the finding of the Phase I archaeological investigations at Marion Square. It presents results and recommendations concerning the cultural resources found in the Square. This document is prepared ... as a planning tool to assist in determining the best method to landscape or otherwise alter the Square while taking into account possible damage [to] the archaeological resources....
